Return Process

  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
